Return & Refund Policy
Can I Return an Order?
We hope that you’re going to love your beer, but if you decide you want to return it to us, we can accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the beer.
Returns will need to be shipped to us using a glass-safe option as we cannot be held responsible for any breakages occurring during shipping. We will not cover the cost of returning beers to us.
What Happens if I Get a Breakage?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Breakages are rare and will usually be returned to us before they arrive with you, but if you do receive a box with any broken or missing bottles, please handle with extreme care and send us an email right away at hello@nirvanabrewery.com and we’ll get that sorted for you.
We’ll never charge you for broken or missing bottles!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
