Returns Policy

Nirvana Brewery Returns policy

Once we have shipped your beer to you we are unable to process a free return, unless there is a problem with your order such as damaged or incorrect products or quality issues.

We hope that you’re going to love your beer, but if you decide you want to return it to us, we can accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the beer. Returns will need to be shipped to us using a glass safe option as we cannot be held responsible for any breakages occurring during shipping. We will not cover the cost of returning beers to us. 

If there is a problem with your order, please do get in touch straight away through hello@nirvanabrewery.com or calling us on +44 208 417 5580 between 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. We will do our best to rectify any issues, and will always compensate you for any non-delivered or damaged items.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns for the following reasons: you have changed your mind, you don’t like the product, items don’t fit (in the case of merchandise).

In the case of merchandise items, we can accommodate a return or exchange provided cost of shipping is met by the customer and items are returned to us in saleable condition.
