Can You Deliver Beer Outside The UK Mainland?
Our online shop is currently only available for deliveries within the UK mainland, or to the Channel Islands (please select Channel Islands option at checkout) but we hope to add international shipping in the future.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS?
We use a specialised glass bottle delivery service which takes between 3 to 5 working days. The cost of shipping starts at £5.99 and is calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A BREAKAGE?
Breakages are rare and will usually be returned to us before they arrive with you, but if you do receive a box with any broken or missing bottles, please handle with extreme care and send us an email right away at email@example.com and we’ll get that sorted for you. We’ll never charge you for broken or missing bottles!
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
We hope that you’re going to love your beer, but if you decide you want to return it to us, we can accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the beer. Returns will need to be shipped to us using a glass safe option as we cannot be held responsible for any breakages occurring during shipping. We will not cover the cost of returning beers to us.

Our taproom is currently open for special events only, keep an eye on our Nirvana Facebook page and other social media where we'll announce everything!
DO YOU DO BREWERY TOURS?
We do occasional brewery tours, so make sure you follow us on our Nirvana Facebook page and other social media where we announce them. Or, you can sign up to our mailing list to hear about brewery tours, discount codes and other news from the brewery!
CAN I STOP BY THE BREWERY AND BUY YOUR BEERS?
Yes, you can buy beers from the brewery during our opening hours! We love to meet our customers. Please do give us a call or email ahead of coming down to check we are able to receive visitors.
