ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Additional shipping charge areas apply - our courier charges surcharges for certain postcodes in the UK, including Northern Ireland, highlands, islands and parts of the Scottish mainland, as well as London's congestion charging zone. Any additional shipping charges will be calculated based on your postcode at checkout. A loose guide to these charges is listed below

  • Price band 1 (London congestion zone, parts of central Scotland - £1 per order
  • Price band 2 (Scotland west & highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland) - £15.50 per order
  • Price band 3 (Remote areas of mainland Scotland & Scottish Islands) - £25.50 per order

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS?

We use a specialised glass bottle delivery service which takes between 2 to 4 working days. The cost of shipping starts at £4.99 and is calculated at checkout depending on the value of your order.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A BREAKAGE?

Breakages are rare and will usually be returned to us before they arrive with you, but if you do receive a box with any broken or missing bottles, please handle with extreme care and send us an email right away at hello@nirvanabrewery.com and we’ll get that sorted for you. We’ll never charge you for broken or missing bottles!

 

CAN YOU DELIVER BEER OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND?

Our online shop is currently only available for deliveries within the UK mainland, or to the Channel Islands (please select Channel Islands option at checkout) but we hope to add international shipping in the future.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

We hope that you’re going to love your beer, but if you decide you want to return it to us, we can accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the beer. Returns will need to be shipped to us using a glass safe option as we cannot be held responsible for any breakages occurring during shipping. We will not cover the cost of returning beers to us.
